Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at bookings@urbantrips.io with photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
