  • Following instructions provided by guides, operators, and service providers

UrbanTrips is not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusals, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete documentation.

Applicable cancellation charges will be communicated during booking and may vary based on the timing of cancellation.

Any eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable supplier and administrative charges.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify confirmed bookings are subject to:

UrbanTrips cannot guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated.

7. Cancellations by UrbanTrips

UrbanTrips is not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

UrbanTrips acts as an intermediary and is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers.

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Lost or stolen belongings
